I’m going to answer this like a chemist. 🙂 People are 99% composed of 6 elements; oxygen(O), carbon(C), hydrogen(H), nitrogen(N), calcium(Ca) and phosphorous(P). Less than 1% is made of up 5 other elements, namely, potassium (K), sulfur (S), magnesium (Mg), sodium (Na) and chlorine (Cl)! The rest is trace elements. Phew, we are made up of a lot of chemistry!

We can also break the body down into water, proteins, fats, connective tissues, carbohydrates, bones and DNA!
