      Hi there,

      so technically you can go forward in time, but not backwards!

      When you travel at or near the speed of light – time slows down (this is what albert einstein worked out with relativity)! So if you travel fast enough time would slow down for you whilst the rest of the universe carried on at the same speed. So what feels like a second to you, might actually be a minute for the rest of the universe. This effect gets bigger the faster you go – so if you could go fast enough you could take a 30 minute trip in a spaceship and end up 30 years in the future!

      Be careful though! once you go forward, I don’t think you can come back!

      hope this answers your question – let me know if you want to know more 🙂

      Hey!

      Well sometime in the future I really hope so.. There are a lot of times in history that I would like to go see! I don’t think even if it were possible that we could achieve it now.. I think more research and understanding is required before it can become possible (back and forth that is!)

      Louise =)
