        The Sky is blue because the suns rays (which is made up of different colors) are refracted at different angles on the earth’s atmosphere depending on the colour…it just so happens that Blue is the color thats refracted most towards the ground…making the sky appear blue. This is also the reason when the sun sets we see red and orange because the angle the rays are hitting the sky are different and therefore different colors get through. 🙂
