        Hey!

        I quite liked this question. Well I didn’t end up where I thought I would belong at all! I thought because I wanted to do chemistry that I would have to work with pharmaceuticals (drugs) but now here I am working with batteries!

        I would have liked to have known ALL the career options available when choosing chemistry, then I would have definitely have chosen to be an electrochemist! Chemistry and electricity is fun!

        There is a lot more choice in chemistry then I could have imagined so that definitely would have been nice to know!

        Louise =)

        Hi 🙂 I would have liked if someone had told me that it’s okay for things not to work and for things to take a lot of effort. When you are an undergraduate student and project student in labs experiments are usually designed so that they will work but when you start to do your own research you realise very quickly that it takes a lot of work to get to the point where things do what you want and that can be very frustrating at the beginning! You get used to it though and it just becomes par for the course with a career in science.
