• Question: is aqua jogging a good alternative to running while i am injured

      Hi there!

      It can be good if you are injured, as it can help keep your fitness levels up! HOWEVER… I am not qualified to tell you what to do, so I suggest that you go see a doctor or physio and ask them would it be good for your particular injury.
      I don’t want you to injure yourself further!
